This is Southern rock Christian CCM original music. Jon produces all kinds of music and this is an original that he wrote. He grew up hearing a lot of Christian worship music since his dad was a worship pastor and also heard a lot southern rock just because. Trying to make a song that was inspired by both genres was a lot of fun for Jon. These overdriven guitar sounds are reminiscent of bands like Third Day, Jason Aldean (Adam Schoenfeld), Lynard Skynard, and many more. Lyrically, the songs pays homage to the Trinity and the Creed. The song- "The Creed" by Rich Mullins was also inspirational for the recording of this tune.
